The Services We Provide
Each project regardless of size is assigned a dedicated team to schedule, coordinate and assemble all aspects of the complex building process. At Lowsky Lee Builders, the client can rely on a seasoned group of specialists committed to the highest standards in workmanship and client satisfaction. All project teams include a Project Executive, Project Manager and Site Supervisor, supported and backed up estimators and administrative staff.
Pre-Construction
Vital to a successful project are informed decisions made early during the planning stages regarding schedule, budget and scope of work. Our experienced estimators develop strategic cost analysis to establish a balance between budget and scope of work. Our project managers match and identify the best subcontractors for the job and research and procure long-lead equipment and materials. This coordination and organization effort guarantees an efficient start to a project.
Under-Construction
Lowsky Lee Builders provides leadership throughout the construction process, controlling schedules, permits, inspections, budgets, and maintaining the highest level of security and safety. Oversight of budget and schedule is paramount as are scheduled meetings and reports for clients. Sensitivity to clients’ privacy as well as that of their neighbors is a hallmark of Lowsky Lee Builders service, as is the advance knowledge of all ordinances pertaining to construction and renovation within specific buildings and communities.
Post-Construction
Lowsky Lee Builders has a designated Service Department established to fulfill the needs of our post-construction clients. Skilled craftspeople and supervisors are fully aware of the project scope, participating in the development of customized project manuals containing all of the vital information for the care and maintenance of their new properties.
The Service Department is also our small projects division, handling projects of a limited scope for existing and new clients alike.
